Elastane is a very stretchy and hard-wearing synthetic fiber that always springs back to its original shape despite being stretched. It is mainly found in sportswear, jeans and shirts.
So that the elastane fibers do not break or warp - and thus the clothing does not stretch out - you should pay attention to the following points when washing:
- Do not wash at a temperature higher than 30 degrees (fibers break at higher temperatures)
- Low or preferably no spin cycle (fibers can warp)
- Do not tumble dry or hang dry
- Leave to dry lying down
